A) Shipping & Delivery Policy

Service Area
We deliver within ACT and selected NSW postcodes. Orders outside these zones are POA and quoted separately before dispatch.

Lead Time
Most orders have a 2–3 week lead time from payment. Lead time may extend during peak demand or for special-order items. We’ll email you if your order is affected.

Scheduling & Delivery Window
Delivery windows are allocated by our logistics team and confirmed via email/SMS at least 1 business day prior. Requested times are not guaranteed.

Kerbside / Tailgate Only
Delivery is kerbside/tailgate to the nearest safe point of access at the property boundary. Drivers do not carry goods onto site, up/down driveways, or behind buildings.

Access Requirements
You must ensure legal, safe vehicle access suitable for a small/medium truck (height, width, gradient, turning circle). Soft ground, low branches, steep inclines, or obstructions may prevent delivery.

Unloading & Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed, customer is responsible for unloading. Where a tail-lift/forklift or crane is required, additional charges apply and must be arranged before dispatch.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
If no one will be on site, you may provide ATL in Checkout notes. Once goods are left at the nominated location, risk transfers to you.

Failed Delivery / Redelivery
If delivery can’t be completed due to access issues, unsafe conditions, no receiver, or incorrect address, a failed delivery fee and redelivery fee will apply. Storage charges may also apply.

Risk, Inspection & Claims
Risk in the goods passes on delivery (or ATL). You must inspect on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier’s docket and notify us within 24 hours with photos. Claims lodged after this window may not be accepted.

Heavy Materials & Natural Stone
Sandstone and other natural materials exhibit natural variation in colour, texture, and seams. These are not defects. Pallet weights can be significant; ensure your site/equipment can handle the load.

Changes & Cancellations
Changes to delivery after dispatch may incur fees. Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur delivery + return charges. Custom/special orders are non-cancellable once processing begins.

B) Click & Collect (Pickup) Policy

Location & Hours
Pickup from: 6/25 Val Reid Cr, HUME ACT 2620 during business hours 7am-4pm.

Ready for Collection Email
Please wait for the “Ready for Collection” email before coming. We can’t release orders earlier.

ID & Order Confirmation
Bring photo ID and your order confirmation. If sending a carrier, provide them the order number and your written authority.

Pickup Window & Storage
Please collect within 5 business days of notification. After that, storage fees may apply. Orders uncollected after 14 days may be cancelled with applicable fees deducted.

Loading & Safety
We may assist with loading at our discretion, but you are responsible for vehicle suitability, load restraint, and safety. Risk transfers at handover.
