These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients engaging Aussie Retaining Suppliers for product supply, project support, or full-service installation.

1. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing may vary based on site conditions, product availability, or unforeseen changes.

  • Supply-only quotes exclude installation or on-site labour unless specified.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure materials or schedule delivery.

  • Full payment is required before or upon delivery unless agreed in writing.

  • For install jobs, staged payments may apply.

3. Delivery & Installation

  • We aim to deliver on time, but delays due to weather, access, or supplier issues may occur.

  • Clients must ensure clear access to the site on the agreed day.

  • Aussie Retaining Suppliers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party trades not under our control.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Supply-only orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, minus any restocking or admin fees.

  • Install bookings cancelled less than 7 days before start may incur fees to cover scheduling and material costs.

  • Refunds are not available once goods have been delivered, unless defective under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Warranties

  • Product warranties vary by manufacturer and are passed on in good faith.

  • Installation warranties apply only to works completed by our approved install teams.

  • Warranty is void where incorrect installation or poor site preparation is carried out by third parties.

6. Liability

  • We take care in our recommendations, but final project decisions rest with the client.

  • We are not liable for misuse, unauthorised modification, or installation not carried out by us.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
